Spacious and Comfortable

During my stay at Hotel Hikari, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious Japanese-style single room. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and I appreciated the presence of a flat screen TV, air conditioning, and even a mini fridge to keep my drinks cold. It truly made my stay comfortable and enjoyable! I didn't mind that the toilet was shared, as the room provided ample space for my belongings.

Unique Bathing Experience

One of my favorite features was the Japanese bath, known as 'Daiyokujo.' It was a wonderful place to unwind after a long day of exploring Tokyo. Using the communal bathroom was a unique experience for me, and I loved the feeling of relaxation it provided. The atmosphere was serene, making it the perfect way to relax before bed.

Great Entertainment Options

I enjoyed that my room came with a flat screen Sharp TV and cable channels. After a long day out, it was nice to unwind by watching some Japanese television. The addition of LAN internet in the room made it easy for me to stream my favorite shows and stay connected with family back home. It definitely enhanced my overall experience!

Cozy and Functional

Although my bedroom was a bit small by Western standards, it was more than sufficient for my needs. The bedding was comfortable, and I appreciated the clean linens. I had everything I needed at my fingertips, and I especially loved the option of a yukata provided in the welcome goodies bag, which made the experience feel even more authentic.
